Orders

Order Processing – Pricing Policy
If no execution deadline is mentioned upon receipt of the order, the provision is due within thirty (30) days of receipt of the order by TAKA-TAKA S.A., unless there is an availability issue with the item, which has been previously disclosed to the customer, or in case of force majeure. Orders are processed during business hours (7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Order Confirmation
Every order is followed by email and/or phone confirmation.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped (i.e., no shipping note has been issued), either via email or by phone. You can inquire about the status of your order by phone or email.

Withdrawal
Purchased products may be returned within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as received. In case of return, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products bought on offer cannot be returned.

Offers
Offers are valid while stocks last. Products purchased on offer are non-returnable.

Product Availability
The COMPANY reserves the right to inform customers of subsequent unavailability of a product and the estimated delivery time. If the delay renders the transaction unprofitable for the customer, the order may be canceled without charge. The rest of the order will be processed normally.
